* Fare changes come into effect 1 January 2020. Transport for NSW, in line wit the recommendation of IPART (Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal), has increased one-way fares by 20 cents for children and concessions, and 40 cents for adults.

Pay your driver on board. You can now use your card to pay! EFTPOS is available on the ferry.
We also accept cash and cheques.

Why the extra dollar? To reduce our footprint we invest your extra $1.00 into certified carbon credits (see our credits on the registry). Carbon credits offset the ferries’ fuel emissions through initiatives such as forest conservation and renewable energy.

Palm Beach Ferry Service
Fantasea Palm Beach Ferries provide ferry services between Palm Beach, Wagstaff and Ettalong.
Departing regularly from the Palm Beach wharf the picturesque journey takes just 30 minutes, passing by Barrenjoey Headland
Palm Beach Ferries also offer a short ferry ride to transport visitors across Pittwater to ‘The Basin’, a picnic and camping area within the Ku-ring-gai National Park.

Palm Beach – Wagstaffe – Ettalong
This ferry trip takes 30 minutes from Palm Beach to Ettalong and vice versa.
Passengers are requested to be on the wharf 10 minutes prior to departure.
Palm Beach – Bennetts – Bonnie Doon – Basin -Currawong – Mackerel

Local residents and holiday makers who regularly use the Palm Beach Ferries service are invited to take advantage of a Ferry 10 ticket which can be purchased on-board or in store. Ferry 10 tickets are available for individual use, limited to one passenger per trip.

Palm Beach Ferries offer Whale watching experiences from June through October. Departing from Palm Beach and the central coast you will discover interesting facts about the biology, behaviour, communication and the migration patterns of these majestic mammals of the sea, as our crew share their knowledge and passion for these grand animals.
